Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of VOIP.GE communication services and related services provided by ServiceNet LTD. By ordering, activating or using our services, the customer agrees to these terms.
01. General Provisions
These Terms of Service establish the general conditions under which customers may use telecommunications, VoIP, SIP, IP telephony, virtual PBX, DID numbers, call center and related communication services provided by ServiceNet LTD through VOIP.GE.
Specific commercial conditions, service plans, technical parameters or individual agreements may additionally apply to a particular service.
02. Services
VOIP.GE may provide, depending on the selected service:
- SIP Trunk and SIP-based communication services.
- Virtual PBX and cloud telephony services.
- DID and telephone numbers.
- Business voice communication and call routing.
- Call center and related communication functionality.
- Technical support and configuration assistance.
The exact functionality available to a customer depends on the selected service, technical configuration and applicable commercial terms.
03. Customer Obligations
The customer is responsible for the proper and lawful use of the services.
- Account credentials must be kept confidential.
- The customer must provide accurate information required for service activation and administration.
- The customer must maintain appropriate security of devices, PBX systems, routers and SIP credentials.
- The customer must promptly notify ServiceNet LTD if unauthorized access or suspicious activity is detected.
- Services must not be used for unlawful activities or in violation of applicable legislation.
04. Payments and Billing
Services may be provided on a prepaid, subscription or other agreed commercial basis, depending on the selected service.
The applicable price, billing period and payment conditions are determined by the relevant service plan, quotation, invoice or individual agreement.
05. Acceptable Use
The services must not be used for:
- Fraudulent or deceptive activities.
- Unauthorized access to systems or networks.
- Abuse of telecommunications infrastructure.
- Unlawful automated calling or messaging.
- Distribution of malicious software or harmful traffic.
- Activities that violate applicable Georgian law or the rights of third parties.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their own users, employees, contractors and connected systems comply with these requirements.
06. Service Availability
ServiceNet LTD makes reasonable technical efforts to maintain the availability and reliability of its services.
Telecommunications services may nevertheless be affected by circumstances outside the direct control of the company, including failures of third-party networks, international connectivity, upstream operators, power infrastructure, customer equipment or other external systems.
07. Suspension or Restriction of Services
ServiceNet LTD may temporarily restrict or suspend a service where reasonably necessary to protect the network, other customers, the customer account or the company's infrastructure.
This may include situations involving:
- Suspected unauthorized access or account compromise.
- Significant security or network abuse.
- Fraudulent activity.
- Serious violation of these Terms of Service.
- Legal or regulatory requirements.
08. Communications and Call Recording
VOIP.GE does not routinely record or store the content of customers' telephone conversations as part of the standard provision of its services.
Customers remain responsible for the lawful use of their own communication systems and for any recording functionality that they independently configure on their own PBX, devices or software.
The ordinary provision of VOIP.GE services does not include recording telephone conversations by ServiceNet LTD.
09. Personal Data
ServiceNet LTD may process personal information where necessary for providing services, customer administration, billing, technical support, security and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable Georgian legislation and the VOIP.GE Privacy Policy.
ServiceNet LTD does not routinely disclose customer information to third parties. Disclosure of information to law enforcement or other competent authorities may take place where required or legally justified following an official request submitted to the company by a duly authorized governmental or law enforcement authority.
Customers may also contact the Communications Commission of Georgia (ComCom) directly regarding questions, rights or general awareness concerning personal data and electronic communications.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws of Georgia.
Any disputes relating to the provision or use of services should, where reasonably possible, first be addressed through direct communication with ServiceNet LTD.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or protections granted to customers under applicable Georgian law.
